At Core24 Health many of our members are looking for a more holistic experience. At our Frankston Club and Mornington Clubs we have a dedicated Mind, Body and Soul Studio where you can find your inner self, gently stretch, strengthen, tone, relax and find peace, balance and calmness.
Our yoga classes are run by a qualified yoga instructor, where participants engage in various physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Yoga classes are typically conducted in a calm and peaceful environment, with participants using yoga mats and props as needed to support their practice.
Our Yoga classes will take you through a series of yoga poses, often incorporating breath awareness and mindfulness techniques to help students connect their mind, body, and breath. The class may also include warm-up exercises, cool-down stretches, and relaxation techniques, such as savasana (corpse pose) at the end of the class to allow the body and mind to fully relax and rejuvenate.
We offer varied Yoga classes in intensity and focus, with different styles of yoga catering to different needs and preferences. Some classes may focus on physical strength and flexibility, while others may emphasize relaxation and stress relief.
All fitness levels and abilities welcome, modifications can be made to accommodate different levels of experience or physical limitations.
