So it’s been really cool to travel around the world and kind of play the game I love in other countries and kind of experience the country while I’m playing.

But I don’t really have an off season, so I’m playing from September until March and then from March until August. So I kind of just try to stay fit throughout the whole thing, and then I think that helps me because in Australia we only practice twice a week so you kind of have to stay fit on your own.

I try to do a lot of speed stuff so on the treadmill I do a lot of sprints or interval running, and then I think that helps me stay in kind of more of basketball shape than doing long distance running which I also enjoy doing but more outside than inside. And then weight stuff, I kind of just do maintenance stuff just because I’m in season the whole year so it’s hard to kind of do strength stuff, but yeah that’s why I like Core because it gives you a little bit of everything.
