We run a variety of classes in our FAR infrared hot training studio including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Boxing and HIIT – the most
energy burning class of all. We heat the room to around 40 degrees Celsius. Infrared heat is a clean, gentle dust free heat.

The FAR infrared heat penetrates deep into your body while you train increasing your metabolism burning more fat, reducing cellulite and releasing more toxins stored in your body than exercise at normal temperature.

The infrared heat also helps decrease joint stiffness, relieve muscle soreness and promotes recovery.
