All Core24 Gyms are equipped with a comprehensive range of Nautilus and Hammer Strength Pin Loaded and Olympic Free Weight equipment to suit all levels of fitness and experience.

All clubs have areas set aside for stretching with: mats, bosu balls, fit balls so you can vary your training with balance and flexibility work.

At our Frankston and Carrum Downs Clubs we have  separate Ladies Only Gymnasium Studios.
