WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A NUTRITION SESSION
Assessment: Our Core24 Health Club Nutrition Coach will ask about your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and current dietary intake to assess your nutrition needs.
Goal setting: Based on the assessment, we will help you set realistic and achievable nutrition goals.
Education: provide nutrition education, including information about food groups, nutrients, and portion sizes, to help you make informed choices.
Meal planning: work with you to create a personalized meal plan that meets your individual nutrition needs and preferences.
Follow-up: scheduled follow-up appointments to monitor progress and adjust the plan as needed.
In addition, Core24 Health Club may provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay motivated and committed to your nutrition goals. We can also answer any questions you may have about food and nutrition, and provide tips and strategies to help you overcome any barriers to achieving optimal nutrition.
