At Core24 Carrum Downs, we’ve got a pole fitness studio that’s perfect for everyone, from beginners to pros. Our waiting area is a cosy spot where you can chill between classes, and we even have an extra pole for some last-minute practice. Inside Studio 1, we’ve got two types of poles—stainless steel and brass. They’re perfect for all kinds of moves, and the poles can switch between spin and static modes, depending on what you’re working on.

Studio 2—The Home of Our Eight-Week Course

Studio 2 is where the real magic happens! This is where we hold our eight-week pole fitness courses. All the poles here are brass, just like in Studio 1, and they’re perfect for trying out some new tricks. Plus, the room is fitted with colourful spotlights to set the mood and make your experience even better.

FAQs

We’ve got both stainless steel and brass poles. Stainless steel is great for those who prefer a smooth surface, while brass poles offer better grip, especially when it’s humid.

Yes! Our classes cater to all levels. If you’re new, you’ll find plenty of support as you learn the basics and work your way up.

Wear shorts and a comfortable top. Skin contact with the pole helps with grip, so avoid wearing lotions or oils before class.

We recommend attending twice a week to build strength and improve your skills. Consistency is key!

Hi guys, I’m Talia, I’m the pole coordinator here at Core24 Cam Downs. Come see our studio! So this is our lovely waiting area. We’ve got some amazing instructors and students showcased up on the wall here.

So this is where you come in between classes where you wait for the next class. There’s also an extra pole here to practice where you’re waiting for your class. All right, come through and see Studio One. So this is our amazing Studio 1.

We have two different types of poles here. So we’ve got our stainless steel poles and right over here we have our brass poles. All of our poles are 45 mil and they change to either spin or static.

We’ve got some crash mats over here and yoga mats and we’ve also got some exercise bowls here for our conditioning classes. And This is our Studio 2. So this is where we run our eight week course classes.

Come on in. Woo! So all of our poles in here are brass and they’re the exact same as the ones in there. Super high, if you look up. Both of our studios have these amazing spotlights.
