Core24 Cycle Spin Studio

Core24 Cycle and Spin classes provide a full body workout where you can not only increase your overall fitness but burn lots of calories and lose body fat!

Our Cycle Classes are located in our Cross Training Studio at Frankston and Carrum Downs Clubs, with 15 classes held per week, you’ll find a time to suit you so don’t miss out of these high intensity classes.

With an instructor to motivate you, you’ll get the energy you need to give it 100% the whole workout, getting the most out of the class!

With regular spin classes, you will build increased cardio endurance, along with building muscle tone. The cycle workouts will focus on the core muscles, as well as the butt and thighs, providing a great all over workout!

You can monitor your workout with our Mizone fitness monitoring system, tracking the amount of calories you burn and distance travelled, which is a great motivation for ongoing improvement!
