Shape Up Program

Our Shape Up Program includes:

  • Initial health consultation and body composition analysis
  • Nutritional analysis and meal plan/eating guide
  • 2x per week on the Body Shape Vacu Therm Machines
  • 1x per week Personal Training Session to shape up
  • Body Composition every 4 weeks to track your progress

Tone up Program

Our Shape Up Program includes:
