At Core24 Frankston we offer a great range of Group Fitness classes to add more verity into your exercise routine. Here are some classes recommended to you if your fitness goal is to strengthen and tone.

Active

Get more out of life, Get Active!
Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility, by combining step, weights, flexibility and core. Active is for all ages and fitness levels.

Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates uses a combination of postures inspired by Ballet and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Boxing

A Boxing Fitness class using bags and focus pads.
A great action packed all round fitness and upper body strengthening class. No prior experience is needed.

Circuit

Leave no muscle group untouched in our Circuit class!
Work your body with a series of different exercises using all different equipment at different stations - leaving no muscle group untouched.
