Our first goal is firstly to help you manage any injuries you may have and secondly improve your posture and the way your body moves. For many of us these issues are holding you back from performing the activity need and want to do look good, feel good and enjoy life to the fullest. We may advise you to see a Doctor before starting your exercise program.

Just think "How many years did it take you to get in the condition you are?" To be realistic give yourself 10% of that time to get the Body back that you use to have.

While muscle is twice as heavy as fat it only takes up 1/2 the space.
