We have around 60 classes a week FREE for Members. They include Step, Power, Circuit, Boxing, Pilates, Yoga and Ride. No matter what your goal, we have a class for you!

Aqua

Try an Aqua class at Core24 today

Working out in water means your muscles are forced to work harder, burning more fat and toning them up faster than land-based exercises. This is because they are fighting the water every time they move. Jogging on dry land will only burn up approximately six calories per minute. But aqua jogging can burn over 11 calories a minute, giving you a better workout.

The extra pressure of the water on your legs also pushes more blood back up into the top half of your body. This makes your heart work harder, raising your heartbeat and burning even more calories during your water workout.

This class caters for everyone from beginners, to the pregnant, non-swimmers, elderly, or the injured and those using the class for rehabilitation.

Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates uses a combination of postures inspired by Ballet and Pilates.

The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Boxing

A Boxing Fitness class using bags and focus pads.

A great action packed all round fitness and upper body strengthening class. No prior experience is needed.

Blast & Burn

Burn fat in 30 minutes!

Suitable for all fitness levels, using interval training to blast and burn fat in 30 minutes.

Chi Ball

Using a traditional Tai Chi Ball this mind body class draws its inspiration from traditional Chinese therapy. Low impact but not low intensity you will feel rejuvenated and full of energy after Chi ball.

Pilates

It seems like everyone is either doing Pilates, or interested in starting a Pilates exercise program. Yoga

Balance your mind, body and spirit.

Based on the traditional postures and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga you will increase flexibility, reduce stress and improve your posture.

The Core Yoga Program is a vital part of Core Health Clubs ongoing commitment to exploring wellness.

Our Core Yoga program is based around Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a system of postures and breathing practices. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga, each of which arises from different teaching lineages. As our teachers come from different yoga backgrounds, their classes will vary in style and content.

The regular practice of yoga has many therapeutic effects in addition to its central purpose of balancing body, mind and spirit. On a physical level, it increases flexibility and strength, improves circulation, reduces stress, eases chronic pain symptoms, realigns the spine and improves posture, immune function, and stamina.

Yogalaties

A great class for those who like Yoga and Pilates, but do not have time to do both.

Zumba

Zumba is loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy to follow routines, this invigorating dance fitness party will work out your whole body from head to toe!

Group Power is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.
