BEGINNER'S POLE WORKSHOP STATIC -

We all start as beginners! No previous experience in fitness, dance or pole dancing needed. All shapes and sizes welcome as each class runs for 1 hour.

AERIAL COMBINATIONS STATIC & SPIN (PRE REQ INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 1)

This workshop is aimed at an intermediate and advanced dancers. Combinations, techniques, transitions and sequencing are all

the focuses on this workshop with a majority of the workshop spent in the air!

BEGINNER‚ÄĚS POLE WORKSHOP SPIN -

Dancing on a spinning pole forms beautiful, graceful and fluid movements though it's a different kind of strength, grip and a lot more

control. If you are new to pole we suggest starting off with the static workshop first and focus building on your control and strength.

POLE SILKS - (LEVEL 1) PRE REQ BEGINNERS WORKSHOP COMPLETION -

This dynamic and fast pace workshop combines both aerial silks and spinning pole into one. An above average level of strength is recommended for this workshop as you must be able to pull

and hold yourself using the aerial silks. *$50 additional fee applies for Pole Silks Workshop

ACROCHAIR WORKSHOP (LEVEL 1)

Taking chair dance to the next level. Warm up, then learn some tricks such as headstands, cartwheels, rolls on and off, and balances woven together into a short routine sequence. All strength levels and all flexibility levels are suitable.

BURLESQUE CHAIR WORKSHOP -

Have fun learning how to work the chair in this sultry burlesque workshop. Learn erotic dance moves and develop your confidence.

INTERMEDIATE (LEVEL 1) POLE WORKSHOP STATIC ( PRE REQ BEGINNERS LEVEL 1)

This workshop builds on flexibility conditioning, pole tricks, transitions, handstand breakdowns, cardio fitness, strengthening, and a

routine. This level is a challenging strength and cardio workout.

Intermediate 2 focuses on more strength building, flexibility, aerial inverts, pole sitting, laybacks and climbing moves while

utilising momentum
