CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

POLE FITNESS - BEGINNERS

This is a great, fun class if you are completely new to pole dancing. You will learn the safe and correct techniques to hold the

pole, spin and basic climbing while building strength and fitness in a choreographed class.

POLE FITNESS - INTERMEDIATE

This power packed class, combines pole climbing variations, inversions and combos that improve strength,

flexibly and overall fitness.

POLE FITNESS - SPIN ( INTERMEDIATE POLE FITNESS LEVEL RECOMMENDED)

This dynamic class teaches students flow and control through momentum, while creating beautiful spinning combinations

on the pole. This choreographed super fun class is way to vary your training from static pole fitness to spinning pole fitness.

POLE STRENGTH - UNISEX

This functional training explosive class for MEN and women is a fantastic way to strengthen your body through a full body

workout concentrating on the major muscle groups used in pole. Be prepared to challenge yourself, this resistance class is

not for the faint hearted!

POLE PILATES - UNISEX

This class combines Joseph Pilates key principles while utilising the pole and other equipment such as therabands and swiss

balls. This is a great class for anyone wanting to work on stability, balance, and coordination incorporating a choreographed

pilates routine.
